| Roles and Responsibilities: | Assist senior engineers in field development activities, including drilling, hydro-fracturing, and maintenance operations.Support exploration and evaluation tasks like geological surveys, seismic studies, and resource estimation.Participate in operations and maintenance activities to ensure smooth production processes.Assist in project management tasks, including planning, reporting, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.Learn and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.Basic knowledge of oil & gas operations or related engineering principles.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to learn and adapt in a field-oriented work environment.Basic proficiency in MS Office / data reporting tools. |

| Remuneration (per month): | An initial consolidated remuneration of ₹30,000 per month, inclusive of all components, including house rent allowance, will be provided. The remuneration shall be subject to an annual increment of 5% contingent upon satisfactory performance during the preceding year. |
